About me
Aditi Chaturvedi is a seasoned professional with over a decade of global industry experience, currently serving as a Global Lead Product Manager at Uber. She is dedicated to enhancing the experiences of 5 million Drivers and Couriers by making their platform intuitive and seamless. Aditi's professional journey is marked by a relentless pursuit of excellence, innovation, and a deep commitment to improving the lives of those who rely on the Uber platform.
Throughout her tenure at Uber, Aditi has spearheaded several initiatives to improve Earners' experience with the platform. She has worked on automated solutions across channels - speech bots and highly intuitive chatbots - to drive cost efficiencies. She has managed Uber's phone platform, collaborating with third-party vendors to elevate the user experience during calls. Currently, Aditi is leveraging Large Language Model (LLM) technology to create a superior user experience and uncover opportunities to reduce costs through insightful data analysis. Her expertise extends to understanding the pain points of both drivers and riders globally. She coupled her experience with an executive education from Harvard Business School, focusing on Leadership and Culture, offered in partnership with Uber.
Before Uber, Aditi gained valuable experience at Standard Chartered Bank and Tata Consultancy Services. She completed her MBA from IIM Lucknow in 2015.
Beyond her professional achievements, Aditi is passionate about mentoring aspiring product managers and has participated in various leadership forums. She is an active member of the Women Leadership Club (Leap Club) , Women in Product community and The Product Folks, where she mentors upcoming leaders, particularly new mothers returning to work. Recently, she joined the Anita B community, sharing her experiences as a mother and professional, encouraging others to navigate their careers post-maternity.
Aditi has been practising Nichiren Daishonin’s Buddhism for the past 13 years and is deeply interested in studying the Puranas and Vedic epics.
