Amritha Sathiadevan, I am an Executive Director in Software Engineering at JP Morgan Chase & Co., where I lead multiple engineering teams and drive strategy, architecture, and execution in Asset and Wealth Management. IIM-B Alumni and with over 22 years of experience in banking technology, I have spearheaded product design and development across various banking domains, including Core Banking, Retail Payments, Corporate Investment Banking, and Wealth Management. My extensive background as a Technology Architect in one of the industry’s leading core banking products has established me as a prominent speaker at numerous technology forums focused on emerging tech. I am also a proud alumni of IIM - Bangalore for Tanmatra, the prestigious program for women in leadership. Additionally, I serve as an executive member of Vanitha Samajam, an NGO dedicated to support elderly women and specially enabled children.
