Anirban Bhattacharya runs India’s first and most exciting Design Thinking capability development firms. Anirban is India’s first Hasso Plattner Institute (Germany) certified Design Thinking Coach, an ICF certified Executive Coach, and a Marketing PGDM from IIM Calcutta.
Anirban is a PGDM (MBA) from the Indian Institute of Management (Calcutta). After getting his management diploma, Anirban earned his spurs in ITC, before working in various sales and marketing positions in American Express, Metro Cash & Carry, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and in one of the world's most innovative companies, the Seattle-based Intellectual Ventures, a global IP-focused PE fund.
Anirban turned entrepreneurial in 2011 after 15 years in industry and Co-Founded The Painted Sky (www.thepaintedsky.com) where he leverages his years of industry experience and deep field learnings to conduct CXO level training programs. Anirban has been instrumental in promoting Art-Based Learning Initiatives worldwide, and has successfully facilitated programs across 18 countries, from the USA to Italy to China, and across industries and participant profiles.
Anirban has pioneered Design Thinking in India, after getting certified in Design Thinking from the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business. He is also India’s first Hasso Plattner Institute (Germany) certified Design Thinking Coach.
