A dynamic Gen-Z entrepreneur and AI education innovator, Anjali Laddha is revolutionizing how College students approach Internships and Careers in the AI age. As the founder of Degree2Destiny, she has successfully empowered over 2,000 students across India to harness generative AI for personal branding and career development. Her innovative "CAN Model" for personal branding using Ai and Linkedin has transformed how college students approach their professional identity, as demonstrated by high-impact workshops last month to more than 200 students at Christ University, Bengaluru.
Anjali's leadership journey began in her eleventh grade when she founded WeEvolve Together, an initiative focused on gender equity. This early venture, complete with its own podcast series, set the foundation for her current mission of transforming how students, particularly women, position themselves in the tech industry. Currently pursuing her third year at Northeastern University, her startup is funded by her university and that too to work in India. Her work focuses on democratizing AI tools and empowering students, particularly women, to leverage technology for professional growth and personal brand development.

As an international student herself, she actively guides study-abroad aspirants with college essays, application strategies, and practical advice for living in the USA.
