About me
To walk a path of balance and truth, with grace, has been a life goal for Anju Maudgal Kadam.
Like most strong women, Anju spent the first two decades of her adulthood building a life she could be proud of. A fulfilling career as a business journalist on television and non-fiction programming were career choices.
A communications professional, Anju enjoys the challenge of piecing together a story to look at the big picture.
She is Founder and Chief Nurturer of the powerful, internationally acclaimed movement, the #100sareepact, a platform for voices of women to build the narrative of their lives through the medium of the saree. It has been launched once more as a podcast since last year. The podcast is for all women with a saree story.
A mentor to start ups and entrepreneurs for goal setting, values, vision & mission and communications, she guides her mentees to plan and prepare for success. And failure. She works mostly with women mentees to return to the workforce after a break. The potential and skills of these women remain untapped unless they return to the workforce in some manner.
She is also the Founder and Director of Webtv, a company that works to build effective communication for its clients. Honest communication to build honest brands.
She is an Ambassador for Pinkathon, India’s first women’s only run. A firm believer in a fit mind and body leading to unlocking of potential, she champions the cause for women’s health and fitness because a healthy woman can change and impact so many more lives.
If there is one description that suits her best, it is that of a custodian of stories. Especially those that inspire, mend and bring change.
On an eternal quest for meaningful conversations Anju wants to hear your story. Because stories connect, stories teach, stories affirm, stories heal and stories empower.
