About me
Aparna Devagiri brings with her more than thirty years of experience in the corporate world and as an entrepreneur. She has a depth of knowledge gained from her stints as a human resource professional, a people manager, running her own business venture, and as a coach (ICF-PCC) and researcher.
Aparna is passionate about seeing more women enter and grow in the Indian workplace, and all her work centers around this objective.
Leveraging her diverse corporate experience, Aparna now works with leaders across industries, including Manufacturing, Technology, Banking, Financial Services, and others in India and outside; as a coach and workshop leader.
She co-hosts a podcast "Her Business Is Our Business" and conducts research on women professionals and women entrepreneurs.
Aparna is the author of a book for women professionals – “The Professional Woman’s Handbook – Navigating Choices for Success”.
Aparna also volunteers her time to support the growth and development of women professionals as Convenor of the Gender Parity Pillar of the CII India Women’s Network.
