Carolyn oversees the Operational Excellence team at RAPP UK, in tandem with her role leading the charge to ensure diversity, equity and inclusion remains a business imperative across EMEA & APAC for OPMG.
An experienced practitioner with a proven track within most industry sectors, Carolyn is an authentic and compassionate leader that prides herself on having strong intuition on colleague behaviour and how it impacts productivity and a sense of belonging. She brings extensive experience consulting with clients to determine smart, future-fit, business transformative solutions that amplify growth opportunities at scale; using precision and empathy.
As a senior woman in the MarTech services industry, Carolyn is an IDM Fellow, has been on Data IQ’s Top 100 list 9 times as a data enabler, an inaugural IPA iList Winners in Diversity, Commended Tech Diversity advocate by Campaign, an acknowledged Leader in Kindness and sits on the IPAs Talent Leadership Group. She is also Global co-chair for Omniwomen, Omnicoms ERG for those that identify as female and sits on the Global Advisory Board for Women in Tech. An inspirational leader and industry stalwart, Carolyn is also strategically focused on making OPMG a magnet for talent from all backgrounds by placing DE&I firmly at the heart of the business.
Be it the operational excellence her team strive for in everything they do or the intersectional non-judgemental mindset she seeks to foster Carolyn always comes back to her purpose “to help those from under-represented groups be the best version of themselves” - because she belonged to one such group and wants to give a helping hand where she can.
