Chitra Kachibhatla brings over 25 years of experience in product development and technology to her role as Chief Product Officer and Head of Operations at goZeal India, a provider of Data Science-as-a-Service that is committed to employing diverse women in tech.
Throughout her career, Chitra has excelled in IT environments, leading large global product development teams and spearheading two early-stage startups in the EdTech and HRTech sectors. Her core strengths encompass Leadership, Strategic Thinking, Operations, and Management, enabling her to drive impactful results across various initiatives.
In her current role, Chitra is focused on facilitating the return of women to the workforce after career breaks, through upskilling and reskilling initiatives.
Chitra thrives on the challenge of building diverse teams to execute significant projects, nurturing talent from the ground up, and coaching individuals to achieve their full potential. She is passionate about creating an environment in India that encourages women and young professionals to pursue their ideas without the fear of failure. In her spare time, Chitra enjoys home baking, finding joy through creativity in the kitchen.
