About me
Divya has over 15 years of experience managing both software and hardware products across geographies. She's worked on products ranging from online classifieds to e-commerce, and membership, with significant tenures at companies such as Uber, Amazon and HT Media. At Uber, she leads a team which builds exceptional customer support experiences for consumer products globally. At Amazon, she played a pivotal role in launching AmazonPay benefits for Prime members and crafting the go-to-market strategy for Kindle e-readers in India. She did her MBA in Marketing from SPJIMR and a Masters in Information (focusing on Human Computer Interaction) from UC Berkeley School of Information. She's also a published author - her latest book, Misfit Madhu, features a #girlwhocodes whose app goes viral. It is a part of the Parag Honour List and won the Neev Book Award in 2023.
