A seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience in technology delivery & operations across global financial services organizations including American Express, JP Morgan Chase and Wells Fargo. In this journey, Gauri has led large global teams, operating in complex, multi-cultural environments to drive Business & Digital transformation, manage operational risk & compliance while driving strong operational delivery.
As CEO of RM India, Gauri drove organizational transformation, focusing on building an innovation DNA while strengthening the operational delivery capability of the organization.
Gauri loves to organise and solve large complex problems, cutting through the noise and working through ambiguity. She has spearheaded large transformation initiatives, developing and implementing technology products, delivering multimillion $ efficiency saves and navigating complex regulatory and organizational challenges.
Gauri is a champion for Women in Leadership roles and has set up/chaired Women in Tech forums. At JP Morgan Chase she was the core member of the diversity council. At Wells Fargo she was the co-chair for the India & Manila gender diversity council - defining and enabling strategy to build a diverse & inclusive workplace.
Gauri is now leveraging her experience to advise and mentor early-stage organizations. She is currently mentoring two women-led startups in the personal care and hospitality space, helping them scale up their operations and secure funding. She is also engaged with Masters Union and has conducted mentoring sessions as well as fireside chats.
