Core Checkout APIs Leadership: Karthik leads Tesco’s Core Checkout APIs for both in-store and online channels, enabling seamless Omni-channel experiences directly through the codebase. He also oversees price and promotion initiatives, addressing various aspects such as store formats, customer segments, and fulfillment methods.
Innovation at the Edge: Karthik spearheaded the rollout of new Tills hardware across Tesco’s global locations and established an agile team to deliver software updates to Tills at the edge. This approach accelerated innovation and aligned in-store advancements with online developments.
