About me
Neha Bagaria is the Founder and CEO of HerKey, India’s largest career community for women. She uses the community to nurture, support, and elevate her career aspirations.
Neha founded HerKey in 2015 after taking a 3.6-year break from her own career when she had her children. Over the last 9+ years, HerKey has witnessed remarkable growth, expanding from its inception to cater to more than 4.5 million women throughout India. The organisation collaborates with over 15,000 companies across the country that emphasise diversity and inclusion, aiding them in connecting with and hiring more women professionals.
A Wharton graduate, Neha’s previous work experiences include founding Paragon. This educational company brought the Advanced Placement Program to India and worked at Kemwell, a biotech company, in HR, Finance, and Marketing strategy.
Her exceptional achievements have earned her recognition and accolades in various prestigious lists.
She was featured in Forbes India's WPower Trailblazers list, honouring 25 remarkable women achievers, as a game-changer and innovator breaking stereotypes. She has also been honoured with the esteemed BusinessLine Changemaker Awards 2023 for her outstanding contributions to Social Transformation in India.
Neha is based in Bangalore and is a mother to two athletic boys. She is an avid traveller and adventure sports junkie.
