About me
Neha is a Director with the Technology and Transformation practice in Deloitte India. She leads the process mining for Deloitte India. She has an overall 14+ years of professional experience with close to 6 years in Process Mining and currently she is in a Lead business development role within Center for Process Bionics India team.
In her prior assignments she has worked on various marquee client engagements across sectors. She has expertise in implementing continuous monitoring solutions and leading engagements in the areas of process mining, audit & fraud analytics and investigations, assurance analytics, transaction monitoring, forensic due diligence, and compliance monitoring, stakeholder and project management. She has experience leading the regional and pan India teams and has led different Business Units like TMT (Technology, Media & Telecom), IIC (Infrastructure, Industrial and Consumer) and Financial Services.
She leads the awareness sessions on usage of process mining and Gen AI with client groups and contributes to process improvement, cost optimization and compliance adherence for her clients. She recently organized a session for Women trailblazers in the field of process mining where women leaders gather to interact and share their experiences.
