About me
Poonam Singhal is a Senior Computer Scientist at Adobe, where she spearheads the stability team for Adobe Illustrator. With nearly two decades of expertise in software engineering, she has delivered high-performance, low-latency solutions across cutting-edge domains, including electronic design automation, trading systems, and networking technologies. Her career includes impactful tenures at renowned organizations like Hewlett Packard, Cadence Design Systems, and ION Trading. She has done the Emerging Leaders Program from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
Poonam’s passion extends beyond engineering into meaningful societal contributions. She has been actively involved in corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. She is also a Team4Tech fellow for creating global impact through the LEAP program in South Africa. A champion for women in tech, she is an avid contributor to the AnitaB community and has served as both mentor and reviewer at the Grace Hopper Celebration 2023.
Blessed with a 12-year-old daughter, she is constantly striving to balance the endless learnings and opportunities in her professional world, with the profound joys of motherhood, trying to bridge the two worlds that inspire and drive her purpose.
