About me
Prashant Sankaran is an industry veteran of about four decades of experience across multiple industries, including tech companies like Motorola, Digital and Hewlett-Packard. He has played many roles, including heading the HR function, leading businesses, mentoring start-ups and working with tribal communities in the social sector. Since 2022 he heads Interweave Consulting operationally as its Executive Director. This role with Interweave, an organization which is a 17 year old pioneer in India in the area of DEIB, enables him to actively work on and facilitate making corporate India more inclusive. He is able to add the richness of varied perspectives from his lived experiences across Business, HR and Social Sector while architecting solutions and roadmaps for Inclusion.
He is also a writer, photographer and short film maker—his works have been published/exhibited in various prestigious publications, institutions and festivals.
