With over a decade of experience in the IT industry working with nasscom, Future Group (Tathastu) and Pride Circle, Ranjana has been instrumental in implementing DEI strategies that promote diversity and drive innovation and is passionate about creating a supportive environment where everyone can thrive. Outside of her professional role, Ranjana actively works with professionals and participates in community outreach programs and initiatives to advance DEI principles.
