Sapna Nair is a seasoned technology leader with over 27 years of experience in steering innovation, driving growth, and leading diverse, high-performing teams in top global product organizations such as Intuit, ThoughtWorks, Groupon, Eventbrite, Epsilon, Honeywell and Philips.
Currently serving as General Manager at Saviynt, Sapna is a key member of the global Executive Leadership Team, leading all of India operations which is a GCC hosting close to half of Saviynt’s global workforce. Under her leadership, Saviynt continues to establish itself as a leader in SaaS-based, AI centric, Identity Security solutions managing millions of identities worldwide. In her previous roles, she played a critical role in building and expanding technology hubs, notably scaling Eventbrite’s India center to a thriving team within just nine months.
Sapna began her career as a software developer, and over the years have built products across Desktop, Mobile and Web solutions – using early monolithic architecture to current microservices architecture. She quickly advanced through roles, gaining extensive experience in varied domains like Identity Security, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Financial Services and Healthcare. Her expertise in agile development and scaling technology teams has been instrumental in delivering impactful business outcomes, nurturing collaborative environments and leading technology transformations.
Sapna is highly enthusiastic about driving organizational strategic priorities like enabling GPTW (Great Place to Work) and defining the ‘Future of Work’ in the new normal post-Covid pandemic. A passionate advocate for diversity, Sapna has led numerous initiatives to promote inclusion in the technology sector. She has been a speaker at prestigious events and has coached young girls in STEM, guiding them to success in global challenges.
