A multifaceted expert in Reputation Management, and Corporate Brand & Communications, with over 30 years of experience in publicly listed leading pharma biotech & life-sciences companies, she has won several awards including ‘The Communicator of the Decade Award’ in 2017 and ‘Mentor of the Year’ award in 2022. Under her leadership Biocon's communication team has been ranked in Top 10 teams over the years.
Seema has been recognised by various forums over the years and is a leading voice of the industry. She is ranked among 'Leading 25 of the 100 Most Important Professionals in Communications’, an ‘Influential Game Changer in PR & Communications’, Top 10 Women in Communications and a ‘Social Media Influencer’.
At Biocon Group, she manages Brand Biocon, Brand Biocon Biologics and Brand Kiran. She is a part of the Executive Leadership Team of Biocon Biologics.
