Currently a Partner at Thrive Together and Advisor at Degree2Destiny, Shohini mentors and builds diverse, high-performing teams, championing inclusion and cultural diversity to create impactful digital learning experiences. A passionate Kathak dancer and performer, she also teaches this classical art to young women, using it as a powerful tool for mentoring, discipline, and self-expression.
