Shruti is the Head of Revenue at KLAY Preschools & Daycare, with over 20 years of experience across the Education, FMCG, and Services sectors. She has held diverse leadership roles in organizations such as Unilever, Revlon, and 24 Mantra Organic.
Passionate about making a meaningful impact in the early childhood space, Shruti takes pride in creating an enabling work environment that addresses the unique challenges faced by women.
She holds an MBA and a certification in Strategy & Leadership in a VUCA World from IIM-Bangalore. Shruti is dedicated to ensuring children have access to stimulating and nurturing environments at KLAY
