I have been coaching companies, Leaders, teams, and individuals to achieve their highest potential
As a Diversity and Inclusion strategist, my personal mission is to be a conscientious change agent and disruptor in increasing representation and belonging in every space. That mission has guided me in the D&I space where I manage and lead D&I initiatives across major global organizations. Especially make every environment conducive for women to thrive
Through AGUA Women Foundation I strive to create a Culture of Possibility. I am passionate about building communities where women feel safe and empowered. We are every woman’s comrade in their transformative life-changing experience. I work with a mission to change the inner-narrative of women (WOAW - Women of Action and Willpower), as I strongly believe women have it in them already what it takes to be a potential leader or whatever/whoever they want to be. Through our AGUA Self-Love Fiesta we embark on women’s Self-Empowerment Journey; AGUANexGen works on building mutual respect between genders ; and AGUA Gifting Smiles is our philanthropic project which has touched lives of 60,000 kids in the last 7 years
