About me
Sugandha is Managing Director for Digital Solutions India at S&P Global. In this role, she is responsible for delivering the Digital Solutions Technology roadmap by collaborating with business verticals, building critical skills, and fostering technical innovation. Sugandha is passionate about technology and its adoption and conducts theme-based Hackathons for same in S&P Global India, partnering with S&P Global’s EssentialTECH platform for innovation and collaboration. Prior to joining S&P Global, she was with IBM’s Software Labs and Global Technology Services and as VP in Global Technology Services in IBM, she created the 'Red Hat Center of Excellence' for Hybrid Multi-cloud transformation. She has extensive experience in development, delivery of high-quality products in Infrastructure automation, and application integration/middleware domain, driving customer success and business growth. Sugandha has a degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Coimbatore Institute of Technology in India. Sugandha is a mentor to many, and an industry champion for women workforce inclusion in tech. Sugandha resides in Hyderabad with her husband and daughter.
