As Senior Director, Communications and CSR, Sunita spearheads a 360-degree communications strategy, leveraging both traditional and digital channels to enhance the reach, reputation and credibility of Walmart Global Tech in India. She also leads a robust Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy, forging strategic partnerships with non-profit organizations and academia.
In addition, Sunita serves as a trusted advisor to the leadership team across the organization.
Prior to Walmart, Sunita led communications at Swiss Re, Target India and IBM, where she led the development and execution of strategic communication plans to enhance brand visibility and employee engagement.
Sunita holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Relations. She is also a certified Strategic Communication Management Professional (SCMP) and a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner.
