With over 28,900 rescues, Sunitha has pioneered survivor-led campaigns like “Swaraksha” and “#MenAgainstDemand.” A Padma Shri awardee and recognized by Newsweek as one of the “150 Fearless Women in the World,” she has influenced major policies in India, including anti-trafficking frameworks and survivor support models. Her relentless advocacy has reshaped India’s approach to combating human trafficking and protecting survivors.
