She is also a political consultant, gender and civic activist and a Cannes Gold winner for campaigns. She has run civil society & election campaigns, for over a decade nationally, and across Karnataka, Andhra, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Delhi, Bihar and UP.
She is co-founder of citizens collectives Political Shakti for women’s political representation and Citizens for Bengaluru for decentralised urban governance and sustainable mobility.
Her Political Shakti civil society campaign team won the Cannes Social Impact Gold and 2 Silvers for the Bihar election campaign for increased women’s representation.
She is on the advisory board of Indian School of Democracy. She is an author across national newspapers, teaches political mobilisation, and public policy and is a TEDx speaker.
She has a Public Policy Certificate from The London School of Economics and Political Science, a MS in Computer Science, and two decades experience in US multinationals. She was Software Direction for Asia Pacific partnerships for Oracle. She has US patents and publications in her name.
