As COO of Dapps, a social network for community builders, and UniFarm, a collaborative staking platform, Tarusha drives innovation within Web3. She also hosts the podcast Living on Blockchain, exploring emerging trends in blockchain with industry leaders.
An investor in over 40 startups, a published author, and recipient of the STEP 360 Award for Technology, Tarusha is committed to fostering gender equity in tech through her initiative Dea DAO. She holds a degree from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and has received the DST Grant Award from IIT-Delhi.
