Urvee Ranade leads by example and demonstrates how a female software engineer can achieve career growth and evolve as a role model, without having to choose non-technical or stereotypical career paths. She broke the glass ceiling moving from a Junior Engineer position to becoming the Youngest Director in her department.
She chose to challenge, and broke physical and physiological barriers post tragic road accident, that could have been a major setback to her career.
She is a Pioneer of introducing Zero touch Disaster Recovery, Robust automation frameworks and in house observability tools, that resulted in having no downtime and incidents to the platforms she own. She also introduced Bots, Artificial Intelligence/Natural Language Processing (AI/NLP) use cases and Blockchain use cases within highly regulated and secure environment, that benefitted in increase in efficiency and reduction in manual interventions.
Additionally, she also front runs Patents stream, part of Innovation and GenAI council for HSBC Technology India, that successfully enabled Innovation pipeline and made successful submissions to various Intellectual Property Offices.
In June 2024, ‘Her Story’ was in spotlight, topic - Climbing career ladder from an AVP to Director in 4 years, inspiring high potential female talent in Guangzhou, China.
Urvee is an adept #IAmRemarkable Facilitator and a Leader Coach, who transformed personal and professional lives through facilitating number of sessions and mentoring + coaching.
